Suzanne Knipe

Leasing Coordinator

As Leasing Coordinator, Suzanne Knipe is responsible for the preparation and processing of all lease documents for the company’s portfolio. In addition, Suzanne coordinates with the accounting department on the integration of all lease information into the company’s accounting system. She is also responsible for generating a variety of property related reports for use by asset and property management. Suzanne assists in supporting the front office functions and providing customer service to our tenants. Prior to joining Koll in 2005, she worked as a branch coordinator in a worldwide commercial real estate firm for six years. She received her bachelors degree in Marketing from Cal State University Long Beach.
