Rachel McCarthy
Property Administrator
As Property Administrator, Rachel McCarthy oversees daily tenant relations at the Airport Business Center management office. She also supports the accounting department and provides administrative assistance to senior leadership. Rachel brings experience in Customer Service, Human Resources, and Sales, and her passion for working directly with people inspired her to join a leading real estate services firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where she also obtained a certificate in Human Resources Management. More recently, she completed her Master of Business Administration at Concordia University Irvine. Rachel is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the core values of the Koll Company.
