As Property Manager, Leslie LaRoque is responsible for the management and oversight of an Industrial portfolio of buildings throughout Arizona, California, and Nevada totaling approximately 2.3 million square feet. Leslie has 17 years of experience in commercial property management. Prior to joining The Koll Company, Leslie was most recently with LBA as property manager of a 3.5 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Los Angeles market. She prides herself on customer service as well as building and maintaining relationships with her tenants and vendors. Leslie attended San Diego State University where she was proudly a member of the San Diego State Symphony. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, bike riding, cooking, baking, and attending or watching sporting events.
