Kelsey Joyce

Leasing Specialist

Kelsey Joyce is the Leasing Specialist for the company where she leads the preparation and administration of lease agreements, amendments, and contractual documents across Koll’s portfolio.  Kelsey has been with the Koll Company since 2018, starting out as Property Coordinator and advancing into the role as Property Manager of Airport Business Center, a one million square foot business park in Orange County, California.  In her current role, she draws on her operational background, bringing a sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of cross-functional processes.  Kelsey earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona and currently supports Koll remotely from North Carolina, delivering high-level results with clarity, focus, and a detail-driven mindset.
