Scott Carlberg
Asset Manager
As a asset manager, Scott is responsible for implementing the operational and management strategy for a 2.1 million square foot portfolio. He also assists in the analysis and underwriting of new acquisitions for the company. He is responsible for deploying large tenant improvements across the portfolio. Prior to his current position, he was a property manager for several office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. Scott holds his bachelor’s degree in Political science from the University of Southern California. Scott is also active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is an alumni of the Young Professionals Group (YPG).
