As senior property manager, Robin Suo is responsible for the management of an 187,008 square foot office & retail project located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Robin has over 17 years of property management experience with specific expertise in tenant/vendor relations and collections. Her career started in 2003 working for American Nevada Company managing a large portfolio which included retail, office and industrial properties. Robin has worked for several large national and regional companies such as Pan Pacific Retail Properties and Kimco (publicly traded REITS), Donohue Schriber and Voit Real Estate Services. Her work experience includes managing over 8 million square feet in 5 states providing services to private investors, corporations, banks, special servicers, and receivers.
Robin is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson and holds a Nevada Property Management Permit. She is an active BOMA Nevada member and served on the Board of Directors.
