Kathrine Voronkov

Leasing Administrator

As Koll’s Leasing Administrator, Kathrine Voronkov is responsible for supporting the leasing team with both renewals and new leases at Airport Business Center, a 1.2 million square foot multi-tenant office and industrial property. In addition, she provides assistance to property management and helps coordinate marketing events for the company. She is a recent graduate from the University of California, Irvine, with a double major in Economics and Political Science, and has obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and California Notary certificate. In addition to English, Kathrine is fluent in both Polish and Russian.
